Orders

By submitting an order, you confirm that your checkout information is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Orders may be reviewed before fulfillment. We may decline or cancel an order when reasonably necessary because of suspected fraud, payment failure, an incorrect price, unavailable inventory, a technical error, legal restrictions, or another legitimate operational reason. If payment has already been collected for an order we cancel, we will arrange a refund to the original payment method.

Product information

We aim to describe our journals, pens, paper goods, and desk accessories accurately, including their stated dimensions, contents, and available finishes. Minor differences in appearance may result from screen settings, lighting, or reasonable manufacturing variation.

Prices & charges

Product prices, available shipping charges, discounts, applicable taxes, and the final order total are shown at checkout before an order is submitted.

Payment

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Orders depend on successful authorization and any applicable fraud or security checks.

Order processing

Orders are normally processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation. During holidays, promotional periods, or unusually high order volume, processing may take up to 5 business days.

If we cannot dispatch an order within the stated processing period, we will contact you about the delay and available options.

Shipping

For standard shipping to supported U.S. destinations, estimated transit time is generally 10–15 business days after dispatch. Shipping charges are shown at checkout.

Depending on inventory, product location, and destination, orders may be fulfilled by our facilities or designated fulfillment partners.

Returns & refunds

Eligible products may generally be returned within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery, subject to the conditions in our Return & Refund Policy.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and generally processed within 5–10 business days after a returned item is received and inspected. Your payment provider may require additional time to post the credit.

Cancellation

Contact us promptly to request cancellation before fulfillment begins. We will make a reasonable effort to honor an eligible request, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment or shipping has started.

No cancellation fee is charged when an order is successfully canceled before fulfillment.

Damaged or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially different from its description, contact us with your order information and clear photos or videos where appropriate. We will review the issue and provide a reasonable replacement, refund, or return solution.

Promotions

Promotional offers may have eligibility requirements, expiration dates, product restrictions, or other conditions presented with the relevant offer.

Errors & availability

We may correct genuine pricing, description, inventory, or technical errors when identified. If an error materially affects an order already submitted, we will explain the issue and provide an appropriate available resolution.

Consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
