Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery. Contact us within that period to begin a return request.

Return eligibility

For a standard return, the item should generally be unused and in its original condition, with its original components and accessories, original packaging where reasonably possible, and proof of purchase or relevant order details.

For boxed stationery sets, please include the pieces supplied with the set. These standard condition requirements do not limit your rights if an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially misdescribed.

How to request a return

Before sending anything back, email service@vorqyna.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, the reason for the request, and clear photos or videos where relevant. Our team will review the information and reply with the next steps.

Return address

Do not send returns to our registered business address unless customer support specifically instructs you to do so. After your request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide the appropriate return warehouse address and shipping instructions.

Return shipping costs

Preference-based returns: For an eligible change-of-mind or preference return unrelated to a product or fulfillment issue, the customer is generally responsible for return shipping.

Product or fulfillment issues: If an item is damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially different from its description because of a product or fulfillment issue, we will provide an appropriate solution without requiring the customer to bear additional costs resulting from that error.

Return inspection

Returned products may be inspected after receipt to confirm the applicable return conditions. We will review the condition of the item and any included components before completing an eligible refund.

Refund timing

After an approved returned item is received and inspected, eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method. Our refund processing generally takes 5–10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time for the credit to appear.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If a journal, pen, paper set, or desk accessory arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially different from its description, contact us as soon as reasonably possible. Include your order number and supporting photographs or videos where appropriate. We will review the issue and arrange a reasonable replacement, refund, or return solution based on the circumstances.

Order cancellation

To request cancellation, email service@vorqyna.com promptly. We will make a reasonable effort to honor requests received before fulfillment begins. Cancellation cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment or shipment has started.

No cancellation fee is charged when an order is successfully canceled before fulfillment.
